Rooibos tea is obtained from the specially cultivate plant Aspalathus linearis which, in its natural state, is only found in the Western Cape,? South Africa. It is a unique health beverage which is a natural source of anti-oxidants, low in tannin and free of kilojoules, caffeine, colorants and preservatives.
Directions:
Roibos tea can be prepared and served like ordinary tea.? For better results, bring to the boil? one? bag of Rooibos tea per cup of water and serve with milk.? The longer you let it brew, the stronger and tastier it becomes, but without any tartness.? An excellent iced tea can be made of chilled Rooibos tea, mixed with fruit juice.
